Liverpool is a wonderfully diverse city, known for its' friendly people & rich history. You won't have to travel too far to enjoy some really lovely places. Here are a few suggestions if you are new to the city:
lark lane
A hive of gorgeous restaurants & cafes is to be found on Lark Lane. Ideal for a lazy Sunday brunch or a slap up Saturday evening meal, there are so many places to choose from. Pippins is a great choice for breakfast in the sun, or the Bookbinder for a generous fish & chips or cooked breakfast. Take a stroll in the nearby beautiful Sefton Park afterwards.
THE BALTIC QUARTER
As the creative hub of Liverpool, visit the Baltic Triangle for cocktails, cafes, quirky wall art and vintage markets.
ALBERT DOCKS
Museums, monuments and mellow bars & eateries are to be found down by the waters of Albert Dock.Ideal for exploring at the weekend, there are even water-sports available when the weather allows..
CROSBY BEACH
When the sun comes out head for Crosby Beach, a lovely sandy beach with permanent visitors stationed around to welcome you.
